warranty and returns

We cover the workmanship and paint work for one year from the date your order is shipped. We will only cover paintwork that shows pre mature wear under proper usage and care. misuse or damage caused by negligence of the customer will not be covered. Painted blades will show wear around the edges way sooner than the clipper bodies, especially when clipper guards are used, Therefore, we cannot offer any warranty on painted blades. If you are dissatisfied with a custom product for reasons at the fault of B.Clark Customs, we will do everything in our power to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be made, we will offer you a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee, within 30 days of receiving your product.
